Pro Tracker

The numbers behind a clipping operation, in one place.

Pro Tracker is a private analytics and scheduling dashboard for a single operator’s own social accounts. It gathers earnings, follower counts, post performance and comments that would otherwise be spread across a dozen tabs, and schedules new posts back out to the accounts it is connected to.

Sign inAccess is limited to approved accounts.

Earnings, reconstructed

Every clip from the campaign archive, priced at the rate of the cycle it went up in. Monthly, cycle and campaign views all read from the same figures, so they cannot disagree with each other.

One place for every account

Follower counts, views and post performance across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and X, grouped into brands so a set of channels can be read as one.

Scheduling that knows the rules

Compose once and send to several accounts, with each network’s own post types and limits checked before anything is scheduled rather than after it fails.

Comments in one list

Comments on your own posts, gathered from the connected accounts, with replies sent back through the same connection.

What it connects to

Pro Tracker reads only the accounts its operator explicitly connects, and only the data those platforms return for accounts they own:

  • Google — used to sign in. The app receives a name, email address and profile picture, and nothing else.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — Pages and Instagram professional accounts the operator administers: follower counts, post metrics, comments and aggregate audience breakdowns, plus publishing to those same accounts.
  • YouTube and X — public channel and profile statistics, and comments on the operator’s own videos.

There is no advertising, no third-party analytics and no sale of data to anyone. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
