Pro Tracker

Terms of Service

Last updated 7 September 2026

Pro Tracker is a private dashboard run by an individual for their own social media accounts. It is not sold, not open to sign-up, and provided to its approved users as it is.

Who may use it

Only the email addresses on the operator’s approved list. There is no registration, and access can be withdrawn at any time without notice. Attempting to gain access without an approved account is not permitted.

What it does

Pro Tracker reads statistics, comments and earnings figures from accounts its users connect, and publishes posts to those same accounts when asked. It acts only on the accounts a user has explicitly connected, and only when instructed.

Your accounts, and the platforms’ rules

Connecting an account does not change who is responsible for it. Anything published through Pro Tracker is published by the user, in their own name, and remains subject to the terms of the platform it goes to — Meta, Google, YouTube, X and any other. It is the user’s responsibility to hold the rights to what they publish and to follow those platforms’ rules. Pro Tracker will not be used to publish content the user has no right to publish.

Accuracy of what it shows

Figures come from the platforms’ own APIs and from an exported campaign archive. Earnings shown are estimates reconstructed from view counts and the rate for each cycle. They are not a statement of what will be paid, they reconcile only approximately with the amounts actually reported, and the app labels them as estimates wherever they appear. Nothing here is financial advice or a promise of income.

Availability

There is no uptime guarantee. The app depends on services it does not control — Vercel, Cloudflare, Meta, Google, X — and on free tiers with their own limits, any of which can interrupt it. Scheduled posts can be delayed or fail if a platform refuses them. Users should not rely on Pro Tracker as the only record of anything important.

Your content

Media and captions a user adds remain theirs. The operator claims no ownership of them and uses them only to run the app: storing them, showing them back, and sending them to the platform the user chose to publish to.

Acceptable use

Users must not use Pro Tracker to:

  • publish content they do not hold the rights to;
  • break any connected platform’s terms, or work around its rate limits;
  • access accounts that are not theirs;
  • publish unlawful, hateful or deliberately misleading content.

No warranty, and the limit of liability

Pro Tracker is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It is free, private and unsupported. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from its use — including lost income, a post that failed to publish, a figure that turned out to be wrong, or data lost through the failure of any service it depends on.

Ending access

A user may stop using Pro Tracker at any time and ask for their data to be erased — see the privacy policy. The operator may withdraw access at any time, and may shut the app down entirely.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
