Pro Tracker

Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 September 2026

Pro Tracker is a private dashboard operated by an individual for their own social media accounts. It is not a public service, it has no customers, and it does not collect data about visitors to this website.

Who runs this

Pro Tracker is run by an individual operator, reachable at hannanrozal@gmail.com. That address is also the route for any question or request about this policy.

Who can use it

Access is limited to a fixed list of approved email addresses. There is no sign-up. An account that is not on that list is refused at sign-in and no record of it is kept beyond the refusal.

What is collected, and why

Account information

When an approved user signs in with Google, Pro Tracker receives their name, email address and profile picture. This is used only to identify the signed-in user and to attach their data to the right account. It is not used for anything else, and it is never shared.

Data from connected platforms

The operator connects their own social accounts. Pro Tracker then reads, from those accounts only:

  • follower counts, view counts and post-level statistics;
  • comments left on the operator’s own posts, and the public display name of whoever wrote them;
  • aggregate audience breakdowns — age bands, gender, country and city — as returned by Meta. These are counts only. No individual follower is identified, and Meta withholds them entirely for accounts under 100 followers;
  • earnings figures reported by the campaign platform the operator takes part in.

All of it concerns accounts the operator owns or administers. Pro Tracker does not read anyone else’s accounts, buy data about third parties, or combine what it holds with data from other sources.

Media you upload

Images and videos added for scheduling are stored so that the social platform can fetch them at the moment of publishing. Media added as a link is not stored at all — only the link is kept.

What is not collected

No cookies for advertising or analytics. No tracking pixels. No third-party analytics service of any kind. No location data. No data about visitors to this public website, who are not tracked or profiled in any way. The only cookie set is the one that keeps an approved user signed in.

Google user data

Pro Tracker’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • Sign-in. Pro Tracker requests only the openid, email and profile scopes. These are used solely to authenticate an approved user.
  • YouTube. Public statistics and comments for the operator’s own channels are read through the YouTube Data API using an API key. No YouTube user grants access to Pro Tracker, and no personal YouTube data is read.
  • Data received from Google APIs is never sold, never transferred to anyone except as necessary to run the app, never used for advertising, and never used to train any generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model.
  • No human reads data received from Google APIs except the operator themselves, or where required by law, or to investigate a security problem.

Where it is kept

The application runs on Vercel. Structured data is kept in Cloudflare D1 and uploaded media in Cloudflare R2. These providers process data on the operator’s behalf in order to host the app; they are not given the data for their own purposes.

Who it is shared with

Nobody. Pro Tracker does not sell, rent or trade any data. Information leaves the app only when the operator asks it to — for example, a post being published to Instagram or Facebook, or a reply being sent to a comment — and then only to the platform it is addressed to.

How long it is kept

Historical figures are kept for as long as the operator wants the history, which is the point of the app. Uploaded media is kept until it is deleted from the media library, and media that has been published and is no longer referenced by anything is removed automatically to stay within the storage available.

Deleting your data

Any approved user can remove connected accounts and stored media from within the app at any time. To have everything erased, including the account record itself, email hannanrozal@gmail.com. Access granted to Google can also be revoked directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and access granted to Meta in Facebook’s Business Integrations settings.

Security

Everything is served over HTTPS. Access tokens are stored server-side and never sent to the browser. Sign-in is restricted to an explicit allowlist rather than open registration. No system is perfect, and no promise is made here that one is.

Children

Pro Tracker is not directed at children and is not available to them — access is limited to the operator’s own approved accounts.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be notified to approved users by email.
